Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days to get a full refund. However, personalized items cannot be returned.

For orders within Germany please allow: 2-3 Business Days.
For orders within Europe please allow: 3-7 Business Days.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
Kindly reach out to us within 14 days of estimated delivery date, and we will coordinate with the courier to begin an investigation and determine the best resolution.
Can I return my order?
