We recommend that you pre wash all your new linens in cold water. Please check that all sizes fit before washing as linen may shrink after the first wash by 3 to 5% depending on the fabric and washing method. Always separate the white from the coloured linens.

Usually it takes up to one week to have a pillow personalized.
Can I amend my order?

Once the order has been processed, we are unable to amend the order.
Can I cancel my order?

Should you need to cancel your order, you may only do so if it has not already been fulfilled by our orders team.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For orders within Germany please allow: 2-3 Business Days.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

Kindly reach out to us within 14 days of estimated delivery date, and we will coordinate with the courier to begin an investigation and determine the best resolution.
Can I return my order?

You have 14 days to return your order. Bespoke orders cannot be returned.
